The Ministry of Defense, SBU, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs confirmed this list in a joint statement with other government agencies.

Russia's war against Ukraine is being waged on all possible fronts, including the informational and digital ones. Everyone has heard about the so-called IPSO - informational and psychological operations of our enemy. This is all done to stir up society from within, to ignite an internal war, while drawing less attention to the external one.

The Russian Federation coordinates the activities of several "Ukrainian" Telegram channels to sow ideas beneficial to them within our society. This was reported by the Center for Strategic Communications and Information Security.

These channels include "Anatoliy Shariy," "Spletinitsa," "Main in Kherson," "WhoWhat," "Shariy's Party," "Odessa Fraer," and many others. Overall, their list continues to grow. The announcement also mentions that some of these channels purchase advertising in Ukrainian public forums.

The SBU warns: "We draw the attention of owners and editors of all Ukrainian publications that supporting such resources is aiding the enemy and will be prosecuted under the law."

For most Ukrainians, the main source of information is currently the official pages of government agencies, various channels, public figures, and volunteers in messengers, including Telegram. Therefore, it is important to trust only official or thoroughly verified channels.

Currently, VPN services are also useful, especially for residents of temporarily occupied territories. The State Special Communications recommends protecting oneself in this way.
