Xiaomi, Redmi, and Poco Smartphones Losing Support in 2024

In 2024, many Xiaomi, Redmi, and POCO smartphones will receive their final update, after which they will no longer be supported. The HyperOS Updates portal has identified specific models.

This publication analyzed information about previous updates and examined EOS - a special list from Xiaomi for devices that will stop receiving firmware and security updates. Here's what was found.

Smartphones that will receive their last update in the second quarter of 2024:

• Redmi Note 10;
• Redmi 10;
• Poco X3 GT;
• Poco C31;
• Poco C40.

And in the fourth quarter of 2024:

• Redmi K40;
• Redmi Note 11, Redmi Note 11 Pro, Redmi Note 11S, Redmi Note 11T;
• Xiaomi Mi 10;
• Xiaomi Civi 1;
• Xiaomi MIX 4;
• Xiaomi MIX FOLD 1;
• Xiaomi 11 Lite;
• Xiaomi Pad 5;
• Redmi 11;
• Poco F3;
• Poco M4 Pro 5G;
• Poco M5s;
• Redmi A1;
• Poco C50;
• Poco X4 GT.

The authors believe that some of them may still receive HyperOS updates, but they did not risk naming specific models. It is worth noting that these are not official lists from Xiaomi, and the company's final plans may turn out to be different.
