Chatbot "eEnemy" - Instructions on What to Do If You See an Occupant in Ukraine

For over six months, Ukrainians have been assisting the Armed Forces of Ukraine in locating the Russian army on Ukrainian territory.

In March 2022, the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine announced the launch of the "yeVOROG" chatbot for individuals who notice the movement of occupiers. The bot will help relay information to our army about the positions of Russian troops or collaborators in Ukraine.

You can use the "yeVOROG" chatbot in the Telegram app. To report the location of the occupying forces, you need to record a video or take a photo of their positions. Remember to prioritize your safety!

Instructions from the Ministry of Digital Transformation on how to send information about the occupiers to the "yeVOROG" chatbot:

• Enter the chatbot @evorog_bot in Telegram; 

• Click "Authorize" and confirm your identity through the "Diia" app.

  This will help receive more accurate information and avoid spam from saboteurs;

• Select what you saw - occupiers or occupying equipment;

• Send a photo or video recording;

• Select the area and mark the geolocation where you saw the enemy object;

• Describe in more detail what you saw.

The information is verified and sent to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, so our defenders have more information about the movements of the occupiers and can eliminate them more effectively.
