A short teaser video announces the arrival of "Galaxy AI." Apparently, the new flagships will offer users a wide range of features based on artificial intelligence.
Previously, various sources reported that with the help of AI, users would be able to quickly and effectively move and remove different elements in photos, change backgrounds, and fill empty spaces. Additionally, devices may feature a real-time translator and an advanced content editor.
It is expected that the Galaxy S24, S24 Plus, and S24 Ultra will receive Samsung Exynos 2400 or Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chips depending on the market. The latter is capable of running neural networks directly on the device. The smartphones will come in new body colors, and the higher version will also feature a titanium frame, similar to the iPhone 15 Pro. However, there will not be significant design changes.
Simultaneously with the announcement, pre-orders for the new products started in the USA. Although their prices have not been officially disclosed yet, European pricing has previously leaked online.
The conference will take place on Wednesday, January 17, at the SAP Center in San Jose, California (USA). It will be streamed on Samsung's YouTube channel. The start is scheduled for 9:00 PM Moscow time.
