In "Google Calendar," you have long been able to add your work schedule. Now, the app allows you to specify different locations throughout a single day.
To do this, you need to select "Create" on the main calendar page, and then click on "Work Locations." After that, a standard window will appear where you can add multiple locations along with the duration of your stay there.
For example, you can indicate that in the morning you work from home, and in the afternoon you will be at the office. This option is designed to help your colleagues easily determine where you are throughout the day if they need to contact you or schedule a meeting.
So far, the feature is only available within the Google Workspace Business Standard, Business Plus, Enterprise Standard, Enterprise Plus, Education Fundamentals, Education Standard, Education Plus, Teaching and Learning Upgrade, and Nonprofits plans.
