Together, we help local residents return to their homes and rebuild their everyday lives.What we'll be doing:▫️ Plastering brick walls — filling in uneven areas and cracks to create a smooth surface ready for the next stages of work▫️ Finishing wall surfaces — smoothing the final layer to ensure a clean and even finish🗓 June 13–14 (Saturday and Sunday)⏰ Meet at 9:15 AM, work from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM📍 The exact meeting point will be shared by email after registration (we will provide transportation to the work site)🔗 Registration is closedPlease wear comfortable clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting dirty, and bring your own lunch. 🚐 Help bring our volunteer crew back on the road!We are raising $12,000 on GlobalGiving to buy a reliable 9-seat minivan and bring our second crew back to work 🛠️For years, our two minivans helped Brave to Rebuild volunteers reach families whose homes were damaged by Russian attacks. But after this gruesome winter, one of our minivans has finally reached its limit and needs far too many repairs to be sustainable to use. Otherwise, we could risk breaking down in the middle of the road.Right now, we are working at limited capacity, are forced to delay missions, and have to limit how many families we can help each week. But with a new van, we can:— run more missions each week without delays— ensure our volunteers’ safety— redirect vehicle management costs to real help for people who need it.Please donate or share our post on Instagram with the link to our page! Сміливі волонтери — ви неймовірно круті 🧡Два дні екстреного реагування були надзвичайно важкими, але разом ми вкотре довели, що для нашої команди волонтерів немає нічого неможливого.Завдяки вашій силі та оперативності, за 2 дні ми встигли зробити колосальну роботу у Подільському районі. Волонтери зашивали вікна у пошкоджених квартирах містян, а також допомогли відновити контури будівель поліцейського відділку та Департаменту культурної спадщини.Разом ми опрацювали 68 запитів і закрили понад 200 вікон 💪Дякуємо кожному за стійкість та небайдужість! 🫂____Brave volunteers — you are incredible 🧡Two days of emergency response were extremely tough, but once again, together we proved that nothing is impossible for our volunteer team.Thanks to your strength and quick action, in just 2 days we managed to accomplish an enormous amount of work in the Podilskyi district. Volunteers boarded up windows in damaged apartments and also helped restore the building envelopes of the police department and the Department of Cultural Heritage.Together, we processed 68 requests and covered more than 200 windows 💪Thank you to every single one of you for your resilience and compassion! 🫂
