BOOKKEEPING VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY – SHANNON COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP📊 We're Looking for a Volunteer Bookkeeper!Shannon Community Partnership is seeking an experienced volunteer bookkeeper to support our Treasurer and help maintain the financial operations of our organisation.About the Role:✅ Keep accurate accounts using our manual accounts system✅ Reconcile monthly bank statements✅ Process and log all monthly transactions✅ Track funding allocations to our task groups✅ Assist with bank reconciliation statements and audit reports✅ Attend 3 out of 6 meetings per year in person✅ Work within our financial controls and governance frameworkWhat We're Looking For:- Experience in Business Administration, Finance, or Computerised Accounts- Ability to keep accurate financial records- Experience in financial reporting and manual accounts systems- Strong organisational and administration skills- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel- Fluent English | Over 18- Interest in Shannon's development and our community missionTime Commitment:2 hours per week | 1-year minimum commitment | Home-based with occasional in-person meetings in ShannonSupport:You'll be fully supported by our Treasurer and board members.
