Верховна Рада підтримала ініційований Президентом Володимиром Зеленським законопроєкт, який відновлює повноваження антикорупційних органів, посилює їхню незалежність і захищає від зовнішнього тиску.Що передбачає законопроєкт №13533:✅ Відновлює всі процесуальні повноваження та гарантії незалежності НАБУ і САП✅ Заборонено передавати справи НАБУ до інших органів✅ Відновлено право на невідкладні обшуки✅ Запроваджено нову систему перевірки на доброчесність та зв’язки з ворогом – через поліграф і моніторингЩо надважливо – закон підтримали і в самому НАБУ, і в САП! Це той випадок, коли суспільний запит почуто, реакція миттєва, а рішення – не затягнуто. The President has demonstrated leadership and a principled stance to eliminate even the slightest hint of “rats in the system”.
