#вакансії "Office Manager Wanted – Immigration Consulting FirmWe are currently looking for a full-time Office Manager to join our team and support the daily operations of our immigration office.Position: Office Manager (Full-Time, On-Site)Location: 5000 Yonge St., Toronto, ONSchedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day (on-site only)Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and coordinate all administrative operations of the office- Support the RCIC and a team of 4 case processing officers- Handle immigration case management and client documentation (back office)- Perform basic bookkeeping and maintain organized financial records- Ensure smooth communication and workflow across the team- Maintain records, databases, and filing systems- Assist with scheduling, client correspondence, and general office tasksRequirements:- Previous experience in office administration or case management (immigration or legal field preferred)- Strong organizational and multitasking skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information- Bookkeeping or accounting knowledge is an asset- Fluent English is mandatory- Advanced Ukrainian language skills are required (for communication with clients)To Apply:Please send your resume to [email protected].
