Ukrhydroenergo Supervisory Board strengthens internal control within the companyThe Supervisory Board of Ukrhydroenergo held an urgent extraordinary meeting in accordance with the shareholder's instructions. The purpose of the meeting was to review the status of control mechanisms within the current supervisory system, increase the accountability of officials, and confirm the stability of the company's management.During the meeting, reports from the internal audit, risk management, compliance, and anti-corruption program departments were heard.The Supervisory Board decided to strengthen oversight of the procurement process, compliance with anti-corruption procedures, and financial and budgetary discipline. It was also decided to introduce monthly reporting to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in accordance with the requirements of CMU Resolution No. 1223-r of November 13, 2025. These steps are aimed at further strengthening transparency in the company's activities.“Ukrhydroenergo confirms its readiness to work in conditions of increased responsibility and to maintain high management standards,” emphasized Valentyn Gvozdiy, Chairman of the Supervisory Board.Particular attention was paid to compliance with the requirements of the law regarding the personal responsibility of managers and employees who perform organizational and administrative functions. The company's executive body was instructed to update job descriptions to reflect the rules of responsibility and to conduct additional training for the relevant categories of employees. A number of other important decisions were made to implement the shareholder's instructions.
