The words of one of our fighters, an anarchist from Belarus.While the Czarist Russian empire, justifying the war it has unleashed and the crimes it has committed in the occupied territories of Ukraine, is wiping out peaceful cities under the pretext of "saving" it from Nazism, which is not in the government, army, or elections*, the Belarusian dictatorship, which is under Putin's protection, declared war not on some external enemy, but on its own people long before the full-scale war.It is worth recalling all the pranks of the opposition with white-red-white underwear, socks, lamps, and Santa Clauses, reading books in their native language, or simply disagreeing with the state's policies, and how it ended for them. Such actions are immediately declared, if not extremism, then certainly Nazism, with a stroke of a pen, according to the absurd logic of what is happening. And this is all while praising Hitler as the head of this state and using fascist methods to suppress dissent.We can also recall the ACAB's desire to equate the national protest flag with Nazi symbols. In short, yes, this is what Kafka have not predicted. Belarus, as a testing ground for repression, offers many tried-and-true methods for tyrants.That is why Belarusian anarchists, antifa, and punks, together with their Ukrainian comrades and internationalists from other countries, are fighting here against this evil, which they know so well and firsthand. That is why they do not want and therefore oppose the arrival in the neighboring country of the Russian world, which is as senseless in its stupidity and cruelty, and which brings the same stable impassable swamp of coercion and unfreedom as in Belarus, and which, as if from an assembly line, stamps out automated people who spend their lives in autopilot anabiosis according to the coordinates strictly regulated and set by the regime's program.No to criminal states, as well as to the existence of states and capitalism in principle, which are the cause of all injustices and wars.* In the 2019 parliamentary elections, the far-right did not win a single seat in the Verkhovna Rada, garnering only about 2% of the vote, which is much less than in many European countries, including Russia. According to PEW research, Ukraine has the lowest level of anti-Semitism in Eastern Europe (see picture below). According to the Chief Rabbi of Ukraine, Yaakov Bleich, the myths about omnipresent fascism and nationalism in Ukraine are not true, as evidenced by the election of an ethnic Jew (V.A. Zelensky) as president of Ukraine. At the same time, the far-right candidate received only 1.6% of the vote.
