AI Agent EngineerRexi Group Remote | Full-Time🚀 About the RoleWe’re looking for a strong software engineer who can design and build production-grade AI agents entirely in code.This is not a no-code automation role.We’re not looking for someone who wires together drag-and-drop workflows.We need someone with deep programming expertise — someone who understands: • Architecture • Data flow • System behavior • ReliabilityYou’ll build intelligent agents that operate consistently in real-world environments.⸻🛠 Responsibilities • Architect and implement multi-step AI agents in code • Design reasoning loops, tool execution systems, memory handling, and fallback logic • Build scraping systems and browser automation workflows • Engineer structured data pipelines • Integrate directly with LLM APIs (prompt management, tool schemas, streaming responses, error handling) • Design reliable logic around non-deterministic outputs • Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve agent performance • Collaborate on long-term system architecture and scalability⸻✅ Requirements • Strong programming foundation in languages such as Python, Go, Rust, Java, C#, TypeScript, or similar • Deep understanding of: • Data structures • Modular design • Clean architecture • Experience building real systems (not just scripts or demos) • Experience working with APIs and asynchronous workflows • Solid understanding of databases (relational and non-relational) • Ability to design reliable systems around probabilistic outputs • Comfortable debugging complex multi-component systems⸻➕ Nice to Have • Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or custom agent frameworks • Experience with vector databases • Experience with scraping or browser automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Puppeteer, Selenium) • Experience deploying and maintaining production systems • Experience building multi-agent or tool-using systemsSend your CV at [email protected] or DM @darrijjja for details
