The Yemeni Houthis seized a ship in the Red Sea. The mass media report that there are Ukrainians among the crew. A pro-Iranian Yemeni group has threatened to target any vessel associated with Israel.
Benjamin Netanyahu's office said that the ship is not Israeli and there are no Israelis on board. They called this incident an act of Iranian terrorism.
As the Jerusalem Post notes, the cargo ship was sailing under the flag of the Bahamas. Іt was leased by a Japanese company from a British company, which is only partially owned by an Israeli businessman. On board the ship were 25 crew members of various nationalities, including Ukrainians, Bulgarians, Filipinos and Mexicans
