Today, around 10:00 a.m., the enemy launched 4 Kh-47 Kinzhal aeroballistic missiles from four MiG-31K aircraft. The launches were carried out from the airspace of the Tula and Lipetsk regions of the russia. The missiles entered the airspace of Ukraine from the northern direction, heading southwest to the area of ​​the Kolomyia airfield in the Ivano-Frankivsk region.
1 Kh-47 missile was destroyed within Kyiv region. The rest were hit near the airfield. Objects of civil infrastructure were hit, and one of the missile hit a residential sector. According to Ivano-Frankivsk RMA, a child was killed and others were injured as a result of a rocket attack by russian terrorists.
4 Kinzhal missiles were aimed at Ivano-Frankivsk region to strike the military airfield and young pilots who will soon go to F-16 training, – said Air Force spokesman Yuriy Ignat.
According to him, the enemy thus wanted to deprive us of the prospect of further rearmament with the latest and western models of equipment.
"These attacks do not bring them success, 4 Kh-47 Kinzhal missiles were spent," said the spokesman of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
