The European Union will allocate an additional 2 billion euros for the European Peace Fund, which will finance the purchase of weapons for the Armed Forces of Ukraine

According to the proposal of the high representative of the EU, Josep Borrell, 1 billion euros will be allocated for the supply of ammunition to the UAF from the available stocks. They plan to purchase 155 mm and 152 mm artillery shells with additional funds.
In addition, by the end of March, the EU will complete the training of 11000 Ukrainian soldiers. It is planned that this number will reach 30 thousand by the end of the year
