Communications Advisor – Community Action for HIV ControlPact is an international development organization founded in 1971 and is recognized as a global leader in creating social impact. Pact has expertise in capacity development, public health, governance, the environment, energy, livelihoods, mining communities, microfinance, and more.Key Responsibilities:• Oversee the implementation of the project’s communication approaches, ensuring alignment with donor and Pact branding guidelines. Provide guidance and support to communication specialists within the project and partner NGOs to maintain message consistency and quality.• Manage the creation and distribution of communication materials, including newsletters, reports, and promotional content. Ensure that materials effectively convey the project’s progress and impact to donors, partners, and the public• Regularly assess the effectiveness of communication activities through metrics and feedback. Use insights to make informed adjustments, enhancing outreach and engagement strategies.Basic Requirements:• Master’s degree and 8+ years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, including 3 years of management experience.• Degree in communications, journalism, public relations, social studies or related field.• Experience in communication strategies, digital media, event management, brand development, as well as experience providing support to US government funded projects;Preferred Qualifications:• Profound understanding of civil society and governance in Ukraine, including specific knowledge of organizations working on representing interests of marginalized groups.• 5+ years relevant experience in team management, coordination communication activities.• Experience overseeing and coordinating with international field offices preferred.To ApplyPlease send your CV and motivation letter to [email protected] with “Communications Advisor” in the subject line.
