У батальйоні триває системна робота з підготовки особового складу. Військовослужбовці проходять навчальні заходи на полігоні, де відпрацьовують базові та прикладні навички, необхідні для виконання завдань за призначенням. Особлива увага приділяється практиці, дисципліні та взаємодії між бійцями в складі їх підрозділів.Після проходження підготовчих заходів новоприбулі військовослужбовці офіційно долучаються до батальйону - командир підрозділу вручає їм шеврони як підтвердження належності до особового складу та прийняття відповідальності за спільну службу.Підготовка особового складу здійснюється на постійній основі як щодо новоприбулих військовослужбовців, так і щодо тих, хто проходить службу в підрозділі тривалий час, із подальшим удосконаленням набутих практичних навичок.Слава Україні!The battalion continues systematic work on personnel training. Service members participate in exercises at the training ground, where they practice both basic and applied skills necessary for carrying out their assigned tasks. Ударно-пошукові групи виконують бойові завдання в зоні відповідальності батальйону на Купʼянському напрямку. Робота ударно-пошукових груп зменшує маневреність ворога, ускладнює його логістику та знижує рівень захищеності на займаних позиціях. Основна мета - позбавлення противника можливості використовувати укриття для накопичення сил, спостереження та ведення вогню. В результаті ударно-пошукові групи підрозділу виявили та знищили укриття противника. Об’єкт був замінований із подальшим підривом. Продовжуємо виконувати завдання та зберігати контроль над ситуацією. Strike-and-search teams are carrying out combat missions within the battalion’s area of responsibility on the Kupiansk axis.The work of the strike-and-search teams reduces the enemy’s maneuverability, complicates their logistics, and lowers the level of protection at their positions.The primary objective is to deny the enemy the ability to use shelters for force concentration, observation, and conducting fire. As a result, the unit’s strike-and-search teams detected and destroyed an enemy shelter. 24 лютого 2022 - дата, яку неможливо стерти з пам’яті. День, коли для всіх нас світ розділився на «до» і «після». Тоді не було часу на розкачку - кожен зробив свій вибір: тікати, ховатися чи ставати до бою. Ми стали до бою.Ми навчилися бути командою, довіряти одне одному, прикривати спину без зайвих слів. Навчилися тримати удар і не ламатися. Кожен день цієї війни - це перевірка на витримку, характер і вірність присязі.Ми воюємо не за абстрактні речі. Ми воюємо за людей вдома, за свої вулиці, за право жити у своїй країні без чужого чобота на порозі. Ударно-пошукові групи постійно в роботі: піші виходи в задані райони, розвідка місцевості, прочісування секторів і маршрутів. Постійно перевіряємо будівлі, підвали, укриття та можливі схрони противника.На відео - фрагмент реальної роботи під час зачистки будівлі. Проводимо перевірку будинків і укриттів на наявність противника - виявляємо та усуваємо загрози на місці.Не даємо ворогу жодного “вікна” для маневру.
