You will work closely with Video Editors and AI Creators across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.Your focus is performance: ROAS above 0.9 and campaigns that reach $10,000+ in weekly spend. This role is execution-heavy, results-driven, and centered on consistent weekly output.ResponsibilitiesIdeation and hypothesis testing. Generate and test creative hypotheses at speed• Study the audience and what makes them act. • Form clear hypotheses for each segment and create new angles to testBriefs and production. Own the creative from idea to final version• Write clear, practical briefs that are understood the first timePerformance and iteration.
